This is a full time time position.
Required duties include:
Inbound calls and follow-up calls with a commitment to increase our existing customer's service satisfaction Address customer concerns and escalate them as needed Reschedule no-show customer appointments Update customer information in database Respond to customer website requests Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled Assist with other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior experience handling customer inquiries by phone Professional work ethic and appearance Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized in a fast paced work environment Must pass a background check and drug screen Benefits If full time, this position is eligible for health insurance, 401K, dental insurance and vision insurance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
