Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and provide excellent customer service Manage rental reservations and ensure accurate record-keeping Answer inquiries, respond to emails, process payments Conduct inventory control to ensure availability of rental items Assist in processing insurance claims Inspect vehicles upon return and prepare for the next customer Requirements:
Valid California driver's license Strong organizational skills Customer service oriented and positive attitude Can work a 40 hour per week schedule with set days Can work standing and outside
