This position requires a self starter with good organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a very busy environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience Excellent attention to detail and data entry abilities Strong communication and follow through skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities:
Post invoices in our dealership software Weekly check runs Daily cash receipts recording and reconciliation Process and post checks, credit card payments GL coding Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system Collect and process W-9's Scan and file invoices and other documents Prepare and mail 1099's to vendors Other administrative duties as assigned General Business Office support We are an equal opportunity employer and look forward to your application.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
