A successful Nursery Team Leader will:
Have a broad base of plant knowledge to include recommending appropriate varieties for the assigned location, climate/watering needs and pest control.
Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times Effectively lead all store location associates with responsibility for total location operations in the occasional absence of salaried store management Knowledge of the local market, customer base, seasonality opportunities, competitors and other specifics of the local market that may influence the business Summary Duties and
Responsibilities:
A nursery must be kept clean and organized, with special attention to climate conditions.
Nursery workers have an acute understanding of plant environment, such as how much or little sunlight a plant needs, and the nursery is maintained as such.
The Team Leader is responsible for training and developing his/her Nursery team.
This position is a key part of the overall success of the store Outdoor Supply Hardware and CNRG, Inc.
