We are a statewide insurance brokerage focusing on the diverse coverage needs of California's nonprofit community. We are looking for a Property Casualty Broker all-star who is comfortable with a team environment, loves solving problems and can thrive in a fast-paced culture.
You are
Self-driven. You have organizational and sales skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks.
Motivated. You are able to maintain an excellent level of professional performance with a natural inclination to go the extra mile for your teammates and clients.
Detail-oriented and slightly obsessive-compulsive. You're comfortable analyzing coverage needs for groups large and small, and while you like to get things right, you're open to feedback.
Word Savvy. Even though you may be more comfortable communicating via social media, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to write a complete sentence and even spell correctly!
Fun. You're a positive person, excited to assist clients over the phone and in person.
Career Orientated. You want opportunities for future advancement and understand that it takes performance, attitude and initiative to get there.
Experience:
At least 2 years liability insurance sales experience;
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook, and possess a general aptitude for computers;
A desire to provide superior customer service skills are a must;
Possession of a California Fire/Casualty Insurance license is also required; and
An interest in supporting California's nonprofit community is essential!
