Senior Sleep Experts will execute MFRM selling programs and support a seamless omni-channel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
He/she will serve as lead in resolving customer-related issues and escalating when necessary.

Responsibilities:
o Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationshipso Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matter experto Continuously train Sleep Experts on technical and product knowledge informationo Drive individual sales performance and KPI's while demonstrating Company values and supporting Company initiativeso Execute Company merchandising and marketing programs to standardo Maintain awareness of competitor's advertisements and services offeredo Continue to develop skills, competencies, product knowledge through assigned course work, training and other company led activities.
o Seek and accept constructive feedback for on-going personal, professional and performance developmento Assist the management team to ensure the store is properly merchandised and the correct sale is displayed in storeo Follow opening and closing procedureso Assist in processing inventory countso Execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisoro Follow Company policy, execute Company standards on appearance and functionality, and ensure safety regulations are followed
Qualifications:
o Minimum one year of sales experienceo High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree a pluso 18 years of age or oldero Customer service or commission-based sales experience a pluso Microsoft Office including Excel product knowledgeo Familiarity with computers and ability to use POS systemso Motivated by a pay for performance compensation plan Non-Essential
Responsibilities:
Ability to push, pull or lift 50 pounds Ability to stand or sit for 8
periods of time Execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor Ability to work a flexible schedule; typical retail hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
